Students and staff were so excited to see each other the evening of July 20th. The Lowell staff toured their surrounding neighborhoods and greeted families with popsicles, backpacks, and school supplies. Everyone was laughing, hugging, and dancing to fun music. What an exciting night!!

Roses are red, violets are blue… Third graders are learning about different types of poetry. Students learned to write poems about nature. What a better way to do it than writing outside on a beautiful day!

On April 7th, the fourth graders at Lowell had the opportunity to meet Sheldon Day and a few Warren Central football players. Sheldon is a Warren graduate, Notre Dame graduate, and is currently playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL. Sheldon Day, Charles Peterson, Dean Tate, and David Bell taught the students the Four Keys to Success: education, listen to your parents, listen to your teachers, and stay out of trouble. Students also listened to the book Ish. What a great opportunity for our fourth graders to meet these positive men.
